Embracing change leads to a thriving lifestyle
Change is tough, especially if you’re a routine person (aka: mix “old” and “routine” and you get that person who’s “stuck in their ways”).
When it comes to a sustainable and fit lifestyle, change is often the key piece of the puzzle we have face down on a daily basis.
It’s been said: What got you here won’t get you there.
To get to where we want to be, change has to be part of the process.
But change is sloppy. It’s messy. It’s humbling. It’s down right ugly at times.
Right. And there’s nothing you and I can do to skip over that fact.
But when we define the reality of the path we’re traveling and the outcome of the goal(s) we’d like to achieve (lose that 15 lbs, get off the meds, be able to play with your kids, live a long healthy life, etc) you begin to understand that change is part of the process.
Embracing change = Thriving health
