Our Lifestyle program starts by taking an in-depth look at how your current sleep habits, nutritional choices and overall stress level are affecting your health and fitness levels.

Then we help give you the tools you need to achieve your set goals in a streamlined and convenient way! We’re here to help you achieve success and guess what? If you sleep better, it becomes easier to make healthier, nutritional choices AND have more energy for your workouts.  Sounds like a win-win, right?

We won’t give you some boring diet plan to follow because those never work, but we will educate you on how to improve your own personal habits. We’ll provide you with basic, straightforward tips that will make your goals totally attainable.

LIFESTYLE KITCHEN + CLASSES

Food is integral to fitness, so we host ongoing, small-group events at our Lifestyle Kitchen. We’ll show you that eating well is not about what you can’t eat, but rather a healthy balanced relationship with food.

At our fun and informative sessions, we talk about where real food comes from and how you can avoid food that is processed or refined. Food leaders from farmers to registered dietitians to chefs share their expertise and help you transform your relationship with food.
