Healthy Recipes: Pork Burgers
Try this quick and tasty recipe for an alternative to your standard beef burger.
- Grass-fed Ground Pork
- Smoked Bacon
- 1 diced Apple
In a frying pan, cook the bacon. Once cooked, add the diced apple.
Pour the apple and bacon mixture into a small bowl. Add Rosemary and Sage.
Take one thin pork patty and scoop 1-2 tbsp of the apple and bacon mixture into the burger patty. Take another burger patty and compile it on top, then squeeze down the sides.
Use the same bacon grease from earlier and cook the burger patties on Medium-High for five mins on each side.
