How do you define a great workout?
A great workout is not about killing yourself. Exhaustion isn’t a sign you crushed your workout.
Progressing and thriving through a lifetime of training is about:
- pushing yourself but still feeling good
- sweating and working but you can still function at work and home
- training with tomorrow in mind, knowing there’s no “last chance” workout in the big game of life.
It’s easy to get wrapped up in thinking you can’t rest in a session or take it easy during your next workout for it to still be effective.
When you train with tomorrow in mind, you’ll soon realize that you’re able bounce back quicker and give 100% on a regular basis.
