Time is the biggest challenge when it comes to fitting in a workout.
The key is to work hard enough to earn your rest.
Let your rest be rest and your work be work. But don’t mix work into your rest or short change your rest because you’ll soon get half the effort when you’re supposed to be working, which doesn’t really help in the game of fitness, fat loss, and most importantly, the game of life.
