In a dedicated training space, we utilize the Reformer equipment, helping you achieve a full-body workout. As with our 30-Minute Fitness workouts, you can choose individual or group sessions and know that we’ll always get you in and out of the gym on schedule.

$35 /group sessions (2-4 people)


50-minute Pilates sessions are scheduled:

6 am Monday, Wednesday and Friday

8 am Monday-Friday

6 pm Tuesday-Thursday


Our In30 Pilates can also help you up the intensity of your daily workout, minimize back issues, ease pregnancy discomfort, aid in stress relief and even promote fat loss.

Pilates is an excellent way to aid recovery from an injury. The low-impact equipment allows you to focus on certain muscle groups and get your mobility back.

Free Conditioning Sessions

You can supplement your trainer workouts by taking part in our free conditioning sessions. Change up your standard cardio routine and achieve sustainable results in less time!
