A healthy life requires consistent physical training, but it goes beyond the studio. When you’re part of this community, you’ll hear us talk a lot about “Think 5.” The “Think 5” approach equips you to build the habits you need to achieve the healthy life you want right now.

The way you workout, what your body needs, and what is right for you is unique. In just 2 questions, we’ll identify your unique workout style so that your training program fits you and moves your towards a sustainable fitness lifestyle.

The healthy life you want is going to start with consistency. As a community we strive to workout five-days each week. Those five workout sessions can be a combination of at the studio here, or at home and on your own.

Don’t complicate your eating. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with diets, eating plans, and modern trends. Here’s the easiest way to eat well: fill half of your plate with vegetables. Every time. The other half? Doesn’t matter.
